This was my first experience with Slam Jam and I am more than pleased with the service. They had a very nice sale on their website so I decided to buy something. The delivery was very fast and all the items were in perfect condition.

Purchased an item and returned, they credited me half the price I paid and refused to give me the rest of my money back. Currently in dispute with PayPal. Avoid!!!!

First time with a bad experience. Unfortunately the item that I received was not the color I ordered. And the shipping was a bit slower than usual. But I have to tell that all the other times everything was right with Slam Jam :)

First time buying at Slam Jam, was really impressed with delivery time given item was coming from Italy. Will be looking out for more stuff from their site. Really happy with product too!

The shipping to the US was extremely fast, getting here in 3 days! The tracking was also really accurate and would constantly notify me when my package was in transit. Overall great service.

Order went smooth and perfect but paying everytime 10Euro for shipping it's annoying being in italy near Milan (this time i have bought an online exclusive cap).

They have one of the most customer-unfriendly shipping policies I have ever come across. Imagine: You are paying 10 EUR for shipping (which is already high as hell -> within Italy, where the articles are shipped from!) and when the article does not fit you or it is different than you imagined, you get charged ANOTHER 10 EUR for returning the article. Yes, you read that right: 20 EUR that you are losing (!) just because you tried to buy something from them! It's just wrong and unfair at every level.

I added 1 star for the friendly customer support, but the policy is made by the management and owners, which are obviously greedy af!

Great experience. I had a trouble with an order but they handled that mistake perfectly and I got it fixed in fex days. I recommand Slam Jam for sure

Great customer service, very quick order proccessing. Had to exchange an item for a size smaller and they shipped out the replacement before i even shipped out the big one.
